We have used The Pavilion Grille for 3 years in a row for our corporate holiday party. The staff is very accommodating, the venue is terrific - lots of ambiance - and the food is great! We had such a wonderful time this year that we have already booked them for our next holiday party next year. I have also personally been to this venue for their social events, and they are fun and very reasonable.

Best wedding venue! Exceeded expectations and everyone invited loved the food and venue! The bridal suite was one of my favorite parts, having a bottle of champagne with my bridesmaids chilled to perfection. This venue works well with vendors and doesn't need a whole lot of decor since it is already beautifully stunning inside with windows everywhere for the sunset to add to the ambiance and atmosphere. Glen, Rebecca, and Liz did a wonderful job with staying in touch, giving us a good tasting of the food to be served at wedding and we're all very on top of everything and handled everything with professionalism and attention to detail. Any bride and/or groom would be lucky to have Pavilion as their wedding venue

Stopped in for a late dinner on a Tuesday after hearing about them having live music here and I felt like dancing! The place was much prettier than I thought and the service was great. I got the grilled mahi mahi...which I keep going back for ( it is mouth watering) I have yet to try another menu item but everything seems just as promising. Th prices are great during the happy hour times. The band Cachet wasn't my style of music but they were a lot of fun and everyone was dancing. Overall I love this place for midweek drinks with friends and the parking is great!

My partner and I love Pavilion Grille! It is the only place I know of where you can have the beauty of the outdoors INDOORS. The food is always fresh and fantastically prepared, and the ambiance is spacious and welcoming. At night, the atrium is magical, coming alive with live music and dancing upon the finest dance floor in Boca! Visit this hidden gem!

For Users the "star" system should really use a rating of "best in it's class." I write my review of "Pavilion Grill" as not just a customer, but also a vendor AND business associate. In the local merket of restaurants, event venues, and catering facilities there is no shortage of big promises. Pavilion Grill delivers. Over the last 5 years I've enjoyed lunches, drinks, appetizers, and dinner at the Pavilion Grill. I've also enjoyed their nights of entertainment, meetings, and networking events. I've had the privilege of being there as a customer and AS A VENDOR providing services for Pavilion Grill. In every case, Liz, Glen, Rebecca & the staff has gone above and beyond expectation in their delivery of quality, taste, value, as well as treatment of us. Yes, even as a working vendor they continue to be super accommodating and generous. I know this might be considered "suspect" as I've built a relationship by being both long term customer, client, and now work partner, but that doesn't happen by accident. It happens over the course of time with consistency and trust. I'm not going to talk about the menu, simply because I've had LOTS of things there over time, and EVERYTHING has been great. Pavilion Grill is honestly a gem of a spot, with a beautiful atmosphere. Indoor fountains in an atrium style setting, an elegant dance floor with multiple possibilities for your event floor-plan, or party atmosphere. For special fun, plan your event or visit there for late afternoons into the evenings. You arrive in a beautiful atrium with what is essentially Florida's beautiful outdoors without the heat and humidity, and you'll shortly find yourself in one of the most elegant atmospheres you'll ever visit! I know there are a LOT of venues in South Florida to choose from, but this place is truly unique. I recommend them highly. Get there NOW!

What a pleasant surprise we found in our neighborhood.........and a live band for dancing almost every night! The food was outstanding....cedar planked salmon to the steaks and salads......loved it! The food is American classic but done at its best by an awesome chef! happy hour and great deserts is a plus too! Try it!

this place is weird. we went for dinner last night and seriously sat there for over 20 minutes before one of us went to the bar and asked for a server. the food was just ok.. there was a cover band and a bunch of older people dancing :) i ordered the 'cuban roast pork'. it wasn't what i expected. it was ok.. not much flavor. the plantains were horrible. they were black from being so over fried.

I am a regular at the Pavilion. Why? Because the food is award-winning and delicious, and I love the atmosphere- beautiful, classy, and spacious. You can't beat the variety of live music and the 2,000 square foot dance floor. But...back to the food, it is always well prepared and beautifully served. My favorites are the delicious homemade chicken soup (unbeatable), the salmon (fresh and delicate), and the chicken marsala (tender and moist.) I am always pleased to dine there and always proud to bring people to dine there. I've never been disappointed!

This restaurant is unique as it is situated inside an office building and has a large bar and dance floor. Tables are around the dance floor area. Went back for dinner Rosh Hashanah and food was amazing. The Matzoh Ball Soup was delicious. I had two cups! We had the Salmon and Brisket. Dessert was a homemade Apple Crisp. Service was very good. Servers and busboys checked on our table frequently. The place was very busy. I have also been there before for dinner and for a Wedding and a Networking event. Each time the service has been good. It is good for special events and to go for dinner and dancing. High noise level so not good for a quiet romantic dinner.

Went on a Thursday nnight to listen to a band.Website indicated $6 apps but was told that was only on Blugrass Thursday nights. Water immediately but took 20 minutes for server to show up to take our orders. He was very friendly but overwhelmed being the only server in the dining area. Felt sorry for him because he tried hard. A total of two glasses of wine, sandwich, large salad was close to $50. All decent but after a 20% tip, a very expensive night.Definitely paying for the beautiful setting. The Sheffield brothers Band was terrific. Nice mix of old and some new rock classics.

Beautiful and different atmosphere....large dance floor...very high (atrium) ceiling with the white "tenting"....spacious and airy. Very good acoustics. I have seen the group Manhattan Harmony there 2x and loved them. Had dinner once....and it was very good, had the salmon. The other time just appetizers. Had good service and Pavilion Grille is large enough to handle crowds easily.

no no and NO needed a last minute dining option and the reviews looked good. well I think the reviews are posted by employees since this place is terrible lets start with sanitary conditions, eggs at room temp just sitting out in a bowl. Cooks working the omelette station and Asian station had no gloves, hats, hair nets etc. Now we move on to service, cant say cuz we didnt get any. No server, no bartender no anything. Billed for 5 people while my son didnt eat anything since he was grossed out by the fly he found in his eggs Asked for manager on the way out and was handed a card, I called today looking for the owner, got someone who claimed to be his wife and she just didnt understand why someone would complain over bad service. Funny eh ? So avoid this place, theres no shortage of Awesome spots in Boca

I have made it my life's mission (at least this week's mission anyway) to tell anyone who will listen about my experience at The Pavilion Grille. Picture this: It is a warm, sunny Mother's Day afternoon and we have a 1:00 PM reservation at this particular restaurant because they advertised "$35 per adult jazz brunch with champagne mimosa". Mom loves jazz, brunch, and sharing her special day with her family, so it was a no-brainer. The family is happy and hungry after spending the morning walking around the grounds of the Orchid Society gawking at 100 different types of orchids and smiling for numerous family photo ops. We call ahead to the restaurant to ask where the restaurant is in which the gentleman on the phone explained very clearly. So far, so good. Then we enter the restaurant which is set up for the day in the atrium area of the office building. We walk up to the hostess and give her our name and she says, "Oh yes, you are at table 33 which is right over there". She points out our table and then my family begins walking towards where she was pointing. A little odd that she did not take the time to show us to our seats, but ok, we walk on. We get to table number 33 and see people already sitting there. No big deal, my brother went up to the hostess again to explain our quandary. The hostess then pointed to another area and my brother came back and told us she said we could sit anywhere. We are unable to locate a table and the hostess finally comes over and shows us to a table that someone had already been sitting at, but had left it for another, more convenient table. We sat down and noticed that our glasses were dirty and one already had mimosa in it. We moved all of our glasses down and placed them at the end of the table for the server to replace them. Funny, where is our server? Seven minutes later and after looking around, she shows up. We tell her about the glasses and she takes them and tells us we are free to eat. It is a buffet and my father is now very hungry and decides to do get some food. We are now at the point of no return. You know that point, the point where you would have already left, but you are with a party and they commit you....that point. So, a guy brings us our water and my family asks him for coffee. We wait and wait and wait. It is now intervention time. I decide to go to the manager to explain the issues we were having to hopefully salvage this Mother's Day brunch. He said he was sorry and will get us our coffee ASAP. The coffee then comes and I am somewhat relieved. I walked up to the buffet area and found the usual selection of foods: bacon, scrambled eggs, sausage, bagels, and fruit. The bacon was fine, but the scrambled eggs tasted funny and fake-like. I then had some smoked salmon which was good and some fruit which was good as well. The carved meat looked pale and the poached salmon was tasteless. They did have an omelet station which was actually pretty good. I went back to my seat and ate my food and drank my water. We all drank our water. Everyone drank their coffee too. We waited for our server. Not a glimpse of her for another ten minutes. When she did come, she said she would bring back coffee and water. At least she brought the coffee, but forgot the water. We gave up. We wanted out. We tried to find her for our bill and another twenty minutes later, we received it. It contained some errors, so my sister and I got up and went up to the hostess desk to see the manager. The manager I spoke with previously eyed us, but walked the other way. We poked our heads into the restaurant and asked to speak with a manager. The chef inside pointed out the door and said, "He's right there", pointing to the one that had walked away from us. He then walked away again. Finally, another manager came out of the restaurant and asked us what was wrong. We related our experience from the time we were seated to the time we tried to get our check and she looked at us and said, "Sorry about that, I will fix your bill". I dine out a lot and expect if there are catastrophic problems, that number one, I bring it to their attention. Two, I think an appropriate response would be to acknowledge the complaints and explain how you will address it. Sorry just did not cut it. And the best part...while we were standing there waiting for our bill, another party came up to ask for their check! She brought out the revised check and one of the errors still remained. She went back to revise it again and came back with another one. This time we looked down and realized there was a 20% gratuity included. Good grief!!!! For $35 per person, you would expect someone to seat you, for your server to acknowledge you within a few minutes (even if she's busy just to come by and let us know so we don't wonder), and quality food. From this experience, this restaurant should not be in business. Do not go here!

My family (4 adults plus a child) made reservations. Do yourself a favor and avoid this so-called restaurant, especially during holidays. They advertised a Rosh Hashanah dinner for $19.95, which included soup or salad, an entree (Salmon, Chicken or Brisket of Beef), dessert and coffee or tea. Great deal, right? Not so fast! It took 15 minutes to get waited on, which should have been our first clue of things to come. Let's cut to the chase. The soup (Matzo Ball) had no resemblance to any that I had...ever. Much too salty, and an indistinguishable base. The Matzo Ball tasted like cardboard. Ugh. My wife ordered an extra salad ($3 more), but it never came. When the Entrees came (30 minutes later), they were all cold. We had our waiter take it back and 15 later it arrived...again. Luke warm, but we decided not to press our luck. Every time we asked for something (like bread, horseradish sauce, etc.), I had to chase down our waiter, and each time, he kept walking away from us, ignoring my calls to him to come back to the table. As the evening progressed, he seemed to get more difficult to find and indeed, to communicate with. His attitude seemed to say (to me, at least), what's wrong now? He was very rude and I wouldn't be surprised to find out that this was his first (and hopefully, last) job at a waiter. We ordered dessert (apple cobbler) and 15-20 minutes later, I used my cell phone to call the restaurant. I told the person who answered that we were at table 9, and were wondering what ever happened to our dessert? Get the picture? When I asked my waiter what happened to the dessert, he told me that we weren't the only ones in the restaurant, that they were taking care of groups in various rooms. I remarked that it appeared that the restaurant wasn't competent to take care of customers, to which he uttered that he disagreed with me, and simply walked away. I called him back (had to shout), and he said, "what's the problem"? Was he kidding? We never did get our dessert, we were charged for the salad that was never delivered, and were simply ignored by a woman walking around, peering at the tables, and who might have been a manager or assistant manager. My son-in-law finally found a manager and got him to take one meal off the check, as well as the salad we never received. In addition, he removed the obligatory 20% service charge (since the so-called service we received was nothing short of awful! I should mention that two people at the next table (a woman and her mother) were also disgusted with the food and the service, and on the way out, remarked that they would never come back to the Pavilion Grille. Never, never again. The Pavilion Grille is on top of our "Restaurants to Avoid" list.

Went there for Country Western Night which is every Thursday. Decided to have dinner before the DJ started. Our waiter was very attentive. Food was very good - there were 4 of us and we all enjoyed our meal. I had mahi mahi and it was cooked perfectly. The crowd starts showing up around 7 PM, 7:30 for dancing - FYI. But there is a more quiet, enclosed dining room you can sit in if you prefer. Recommended this place for not only good eats but a fun night after dinner as well!

I at The Pavilion Grille last Tuesday. I went with a friend of mine just trying a random place. I really enjoyed myself. It turned out they had dancing that night and it was pretty entertaining. He ordered the Lamb shanks and said they were really good. I personally am not a lamb fan so I will take him at his word. He usually has good taste in food. I ordered the salmon and thought it was nice. I thought the decor was cool. I would definitely go back another time. I dont know why the other people disliked this place so much. I am glad I gave it a shot.

The venue in the atrium of a office business is very attractive. Sadly, the overpriced food is terrible as is the service. We must have been invisible as our waiter handled the diners at a nearby table that was seated after us. Finally, we asked another waitress to take care of us as the waiter just ignored us. Delay in getting even water and bread. The chicken was so undercooked [a health hazard!] that we asked to speak to the manager. You can tell who the manager because he is the only one of the staff who is not dressed in black and has a set of keys hanging off his belt like a janitor. He just listened to the complaints about the undercooked chicken and cold, undercooked vegetables without offering a real apology or to return with a properly prepared dish or comping the dish. Further delays ensued for getting coffee and dessert & even the bill. To add insult to injury the bill came with 20% tip included! Most of the problem was not the waitress' fault. The fault lies with the incompetent manager and cooking staff. BTW, another table nearby sent 4 dinners back because they were cold!
